Adam Perzynski, PhD

Adam Perzynksi is the Co-Lead of the Data and Evaluation Team for the Heart Healthy Ohio Initiative (HHOI). Dr. Perzynski is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Sociology at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) residing in the CWRU Center for Health Care Research and Policy within the Population Health Research Institute at The MetroHealth System. He is also the Founding Director of the Patient Centered Media Lab. His research interests include: novel strategies to eliminate health disparities, outcomes measurement over the life course and mixed methods research. In addition to teaching research methods in public health at CWRU, he teaches seminars on health disparities and social determinants of health with MetroHealth residents and faculty in primary care disciplines. Dr. Perzynski is a Fellow of the Gerontological Society of America.
